Travel the length of Vietnam, visiting Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and the small towns and beaches situated along the central coast of the country.

You will begin in dynamic Ho Chi Minh City and you will explore its historical attractions and exciting outdoor markets, then take a day trip to the Cu Chi Tunnels or cruise the narrow and numerous canals of the Mekong Delta

You will then fly to Da Lat, located in the Central Highlands, also referred to as the “City of Eternal Spring.” In Da Lat, you will visit Truc Lam, Thien Vien and Pagoda, take the short train ride on the old Cremaillere Railway, be pampered at the Six Senses Spa at Ana Mandara Villas, or enjoy a relaxing round of golf there.

Following these beginning tours of our country, you will spend several days on a secluded island resort which overlooks picturesque Nha Trang Bay. You may go snorkelling or diving among the many beautiful coral reefs located in crystal blue waters, hike breathtaking nature trails, relax for a swim in your hotel pool, rejuvenate yourself with a special spa treatment or simply relax on the white sand beach, while admiring the unspoiled mountain and sea views.

Upon departing Nha Trang Bay, you will fly to Da Nang and then drive on to Hoi An, which is a UNESCO designated World Heritage site. Hoi An is a riverfront port town consisting of many historic homes, small museums and cafes, and very active and noted silk and fish markets. You will have the option to stay at a luxury beach resort in nearby Da Nang, or in a small riverside, boutique hotel located in the heart of Hoi An.

You will next travel to Hue, the former imperial capital, which was built during the Nguyen dynasty. There are many palaces, royal tombs, pagodas and temples maintained in the city of Hue, which is situated along the beautiful banks of the Perfume River.

Following your visit to Hue, you will travel to Hanoi, Vietnam’s capital, much noted for its artistic flair. There you will have the opportunity to visit some of the very well known historical and government sites in the city, tour museums, and dine in converted French colonial villas which today are fine gourmet restaurants. There are also many popular cafes in Hanoi where you can relax and simply enjoy people watching.

Following your visit to Hanoi, you will board the Victoria Orient Express (or four-hour driving), destined for remote Sapa, a mountain village located near the Chinese border. Here you will observe spectacular waterfalls and travel through mountain valleys. After visiting with local people of the region, you will retreat to your mountain chalet where you can swim, play tennis, and take lovely mountain walks. You can complete your day in Sapa with an evening fondue by the fire.

Your last stop on your wonderful journey through Vietnam will be in Ha Long Bay, where thousands of limestone rock sculptures amazingly rise up from the sea, creating numerous grottoes and a rich and fantastic landscape. Your stay in Ha Long Bay will be the perfect ending to an exciting, inclusive and enriching trip to Vietnam!
