Cancellation & Refunds
If you need to cancel your trip, please immediately inform your travel consultant by email. Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive your written cancellation.

All payments for travel services not provided shall be refunded in accordance with our Terms and Conditions based on the date of written notice of cancellation and are processed with the following cancellation fees:

You will receive a 50% refund if you need to cancel 46 days or more prior of the commencement of the trip. No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 45 days before the trip.

Please note that stricter cancellation policies may apply during peak seasons or for special charter flights, hotels, and cruise. If applicable, this will be informed with the proposal.

Traveler substitutions are considered reservation cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.

We recommend all of our travelers to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation/interruption. Please see our Travel Insurance Guide for more information on what to look for when purchasing travel insurance.
